This Privacy Policy describes how the RigShot app ("the app"), operated by the RigShot developer ("we", "us"), handles your information. RigShot is a guitar amp simulator for iOS with built-in video recording.

Information We Do Not Collect

The app does not require an account and does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information to servers operated by us. In particular:

• Audio recordings, videos, and rig (preset) settings you create are stored only on your device or in your device's photo library. They are never uploaded to us.
• Microphone and camera access is used solely to process your guitar signal and record performance videos on your device.
• We ourselves do not operate any analytics or crash-reporting service.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

The app displays ads served by Google AdMob, a third-party advertising service provided by Google. To serve and measure ads, Google may automatically collect certain information from your device, such as device identifiers, IP address (which may be used to estimate your approximate location), device information, ad interaction and app usage data, and diagnostic data (such as crash and performance data). This collection is performed by Google, not by us.

The app does not track you across apps and websites owned by other companies, and it does not request access to your device's advertising identifier (IDFA).

Your Choices

You can turn off Apple's personalized ads in your device settings (Settings > Privacy & Security > Apple Advertising). Where required by local law, the app asks for your consent before showing ads, and you can change or withdraw it at any time in the app under Setting > Ad Privacy Settings.

Purchases and Subscriptions

Subscriptions are purchased through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Payments are processed by Apple; we never receive your payment details. The app only keeps your subscription status on your device to unlock features.

Data Retention and Deletion

Because we do not collect or store your personal information, we hold no data about you to delete. Children's Privacy

The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
